Revealing the Launch Playlists and Cross-Progression for COD Warzone Mobile
The impending launch of Warzone Mobile introduces a diverse array of playlists, providing players with various avenues to immerse themselves in the latest Call of Duty installment. These initial playlists represent a significant evolution for the series, blending traditional 6v6 game modes with the popular battle royale format. Anticipation surrounds this latest addition to the Call of Duty franchise, boasting fresh features not found in its predecessor, Call of Duty Mobile.
Activision has officially confirmed that Warzone Mobile is set for release on March 21, more than a year after its initial teaser. The announcement, made in February, highlighted several key features, including the ability to sync progress with the original Warzone and Modern Warfare 3, full support for gaming controllers, and the return of the beloved Verdansk map. Prior to the official launch, select locations had the opportunity to test an early version, showcasing impressive graphics performance on smartphones equipped with high specifications.
Recently, details about the game modes for the launch of Call of Duty Warzone Mobile were shared on the Activision website. Among these is the classic Battle Royale mode accommodating up to 120 players, alongside a Mobile Royale mode for faster-paced battles, additional objectives, and improved loot distribution, all set within the Verdansk map. Another notable mode, Rebirth Resurgence, takes place on Rebirth Island, allowing players to re-enter the fray under specific conditions during the ongoing battle. Additionally, the game features traditional Call of Duty 6v6 skirmishes in modes like Mosh Pit and Shoot the Ship, offering maps such as Scrapyard, El Asilo, Hotel, Shipment, and Shoot House for players to engage in intense combat.
Launch Playlists for Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile:

- Mobile Royale
- Rebirth Resurgence
- Mosh Pit (6v6)
- Shoot the Ship (6v6)
Activision plans to consistently refresh the game lineup within Warzone Mobile, mirroring the regular updates seen in Warzone and Modern Warfare 3. Players will have the ability to synchronize their progress and battle pass rewards across different devices. If you've already invested in a battle pass in Call of Duty, you'll discover it seamlessly accessible in Warzone Mobile, complete with all your accumulated rewards. Additionally, upon the release of Warzone Mobile, players will have the opportunity to obtain five exclusive items from the Season 2 battle pass, exclusive to the mobile version.
Activision has provided insights into controlling Warzone Mobile. Players have the option to utilize the touchscreen interface, the Backbone One controller, or any Bluetooth controller, including those from Xbox or PlayStation. While the Backbone One, priced at $99, is recommended for optimal performance, players can opt for other Bluetooth controllers, albeit with potential response time delays.
