I have been a customer for over 10 years, and AGAIN I was forced to update this app, AND AGAIN it doesn't WORK!!!!

Problem has been reaccuring since the app has been updated; I can't even open it and it keeps saying, no internet connection; duh, I managed to browse other apps and websites meanwhile. This app is a real disaster:(

Edited review. Almost everything is okay, still very slow sometimes but manageable. The only thing that kinda... irks me is that this app doesn't have an estimated maintenance time. When the app is under maintenance, please for the love of god give us an estimated time when the MT gonna end, you can always increase the time if it takes longer than you expected-

the waiting for customer service is CRAZY. for 1 message you have to like at least wait for 5 hours. they kept stalling and stalling by sending 1 message per reply (when they can just send list of what you needed to send in order for the problem to solve). not to mention the bugs and lags in this app. if i could give 0 star i would. crazy how they don't appreciate customer's time. insane.

The live chat is super bad! It's the worse compare to other telco provider. The respons is very slow waiting for 2 hours to able to connect with the agent. I replied within 2 min and they end they already end the session without solving my problem. If i want to continue i need to wait for another 2 hours. Coz i was in queqe no 27 and we can't even call the cust service now.. so frustating.

Really really bad. Not even the transaction can be showed right. Just a really, really bad provider and application. Why I can't see my transactions????? Its so annoying.... Expensive but nothing is working and the connection is also not good
