The game is essentially bug free, it's attractive, and for the most part there is usually something to do. You can tell that the developers cared about the product, and for it's merits it shines. The downside however is that at it's core it's a game designed to make you watch adverts and spend endless amounts of money on micro transactions. It's far from the worst offender, but it's a shame because there's clearly talent behind it that's being wasted on fundamentally flawed game designs.

So.Many.Ads....and now there is an ad ribbon on the bottom that blocks some of the map. The dev. Is turning into a sell out. I get it, make some money off your game, you deserve that. But you are ruining the game with how many ads you are selling, and forcing the consumer to view. Oh! And even more! When you generators and power plants are exploding, so you hastily click build, you get an ad, and while that ad is playing, you map it exploding...thanks guys!

I've enjoyed the game so far. My main criticism is that there are obstacles you have to get rid of in order to place buildings in their place. In order to destroy these obstacles, you need TNT or axes, which the game gives you for free every hour. Unfortunately, you need four TNT/axes to destroy one obstacle, and it does not give you more free ones if you don't use the one you've been given. I had about 16 obstacles in the starting area, so I would have had to wait somewhere around 52 hours.

It was fun and interesting for a while. But after you get the islands and understand a bit more it's kind of pointless. Ive just finished it the second time and was prompted to reset (prestige) for x16 the stats! I kind of thought: "what's the point"? It's the same map why would I finish is 3 times. Basically finish it once and delete it.

The ui looks great along with the rest of the game but the constant pop ups to watch ads are a little annoying. There's also trees and mountains in your way that you have to pay to remove or wait an hour 4 separate times to final remove it. (it wouldn't be nearly as bad if I just had to wait 4 hours and only click once instead of having to come back to the game every hour)...

Ads for some cash, okay Random pop up ads, lose a star. Fun game overall, it takes a little getting used to not overheating your reactor and blowing up your power station. I wish you could build upgrades directly on top of older models (even if the cost was the same) to save you the trouble of destroying everything and rebuilding it.
