I keep getting error code 100000 Can't connect to the server. The first time I downloaded it, it did it twice but eventually connected. When I stopped for awhile and restarted it, the same error only it didn't connect this time. From what I was able to play, I like it. The instructions are very clear and on time. Haven't gotten to really get into it, but it looks very promising.

The art is great. The music is on point. The gameplay, while grindy, does get strategic and challanging. The story.. is not so great. I see what they wanted to do, but between the nature of the 'gatcha' system to get characters, and the horrid pacing, every narrative just ends up feeling muddled. I personally like the game(haven't spent money on it either), but other games have done this style of storytelling so much better.

Insanely expensive microtransactions. Players are expected to drop $30 within the first few days to roll ten random characters with a guarantee of one random 5*. If they don't do it right away, they lose the opportunity. Gameplay seems fine, but very slow. Movement, text speed combat all feels slower than it should be. I only played for an hour and I was already getting frustrated with it. Looks and sounds great though.

Wonderful story, music, visuals, and everything just like the original, but on mobile and for free. But that comes at the cost of abhorrent handling of its gacha system, the stingiest game I've played by far and the devs have shown they do not care. The launch rewards were miniscule, 1mil milestone was laughable, and they handled a major error poorly. Your favorites' progress can be walled and unusable in gameplay by requiring gacha luck for upgrades, when they give you barely any currency.

Great game so far. Characters, battle system, and story are all well done. Graphics are in the "HD 2D" style that is pretty neat. The only problem and reason for 3 stars is the battey drain. It literally uses more than 1% battery per minute! I'm on a Galaxy S22 Plus, and I played for 45 minutes and it used over 50% of my battery. Once SE fixes this, I will rate 5 stars because the game is really good otherwise.

This is everything I wanted it to be to deal with that Octopath Traveler itch. What Triangle Strategy couldn't fulfill, this did. Still the gorgeous art style with an easy to understand system. The only issues I've had are lag in the title screen and feats menu, as far as gameplay. The paid currency is very expensive, but with a slow grind, you can manage a bit. Overall, I'm having a good time so far!
