The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I spent 10k diamonds for some shards I needed and other things and didn't get any of it. I have reset and everything still isn't there. Other than a few glitches here and there its a great game. I play on server 159 and it's really fun what they have done this season. Wish you could fix my missing diamonds situation on getting things to grow my base.

The game could be better if some basic features aren't unavailable for some accounts. I don't know if I'm the only one facing this problem but all the features related to banner are unavailable in my account (Can't set a flag, can't see mine and others in chats nor in map). Reported the problem several times for months to the customer service where I was told to wait next update, after several patches and updates, the issue is still not addressed. Having missing features is quite frustrating.

Devs need to make a way for players to be able to group up against high level players. Server 320 is in constant war due to one player that no one can question or beat. It's like a living hell here. So many paying players have quit the game. I want to go to another server and play. It's honestly ridiculous. Pay to win! Don't download don't play!!!

Their selling point is that it's "like the ads" that you see, but, then they fill it with this cringe story and awful filler. Stuff like builds with timers and only allowing so many builds at a time, things to dupe the impatient into spending. Would be a much better game if it was *only* the stuff "like the ads", which, even that part is dumbed down and poorly executed. TLDR; game claims to be just like the ads, is close, but much worse.

It's misleading.... 90% of your time is actually spent trying to upgrade a base... The actual game you want to play is just not there really. I gave it a try, but the base building is annoying now. Just wanted to shoot zombies
