I enjoy this game a lot but the energy goes fast and can be annoying when you want to keep playing. Outside of gems for energy or hints I haven't seen any other micro transactions at least. I believe you have to make 1 purchase to have access to all the stories? You can also just buy and play full versions of these stories on steam which I'll probably switch to.

Really fun game, really well made I enjoy playing alot...BUT...there is the massive downside of having to need 'energy' to keep playing which really hinders the experience, you really only get about 30-40 mins play time a day before having to wait untill the next day for your energy to build up which is a huge shame, really wish the developers would change that, even it's a small monthly subscription to remove the energy concept.

The game has a major glitch which developers know about. Stuck on one game and can't move. Been over 10 days and still not fixed. Told I had to wait for update which was meant to be done before Easter. Still no update to fix the glitch to continue playing. They don't do compensation like extra time or hints for their major stuff up. Says a lot about game and developers when they can't seem to fix a major glitch which they are well aware of.

They are mostly fun games but as I've said in other reviews the energy drain has got to go. I also ran into a broken HOP on the Ghost Files 2 game. The last object to find is a coat hanger, which is nowhere to be found. Then you go to spend hints and it directs you to the lab icon. But when you click on that it tells you there is no use for it now. Worthless.

This would have been amazing, had the energy thing not been such a huge issue. I open the app, even watched an ad beforehand, had 36 energy stars and less than a minute I'm being told I don't have energy. So what? Is it every click to literally anything that takes an energy star? And then I have to wait an hour to even watch an ad for a little bit more energy? Ridiculous. Beware: they don't want freeloaders playing their game. Peace out ✌️

It's a really good game and the customer service is good when there is an issue but much like every one else is saying, the energy usage is frustrating. You can't see how much every you are using or have left to use and it takes forever to fill back up again. It's also annoying when you run out of keys as you can't get anymore without spending real money
