I have been playing this game since it popped up on mistplay. I am on S231 as Pinkbunny and Pinkbunny1. My resources have not been returned after a huge loss in troops, I had 2 teleport scrolls just vanish and the packs I purchased I didn't even receive. I have been put so far behind because of errors and not a single way to contact support that I have been able to find. I like the game but if they screw up on things as they have me and get you behind on upgrades your not catching up.

I would like to delete my account in the game (that is, not just delete the application, but the entire account). What do I need to do? I did not find such an option in the game menu. I sent to you email with this request, but nobody answered to me. Several months ago I asked how to re-sign account from Google to another option(via menu in the game, when it was available), but nobody anwered to me still. Support of this application doesn't work at all.

Game is always resetting progress on wishes and other simple things. Now it won't load and it's a kill event. Getting notifications that I'm being attacked and nothing I can do about it. Graphics are yuck, rewards are bad, takes forever early on in the game to upgrade everything. My other war game is much better.

Very disappointing game. If you are not online every second of the day and someone bigger than you attacks your city you troops are continuously mounted on the wall which get attacked so they all die. Addictive game that sux you in takes your money and makes it way to easy to get killed off in less than 5 minutes. Not the game mode I would expect for years of hard work gone in 5 minutes.

good game, addictive but plyable to a point.. not really a free game. cannot be played past level 18 as the resource grinding is only enough to maintain an army.. latest hotfixes/patches have made it impossible to progress free.. and to pay is almost a joke, resource packs ramp up as you buy, so you end up paying a small fortune just to progress...

Entertaining. but major issues. the game is a typical RTG war game. but the devs NEVER answer support q/a. the english translations are so incorrect the game is hard to figure out. and it is set up so only those who spend a ton of $$ will really succeed. the Drake changes suck. every time there's an updat more things get glitchy. some major parts of the game arent even worth bothering with (e.g. arena). if I didn't have friends here I would quit in a heartbeat
