It's upsetting to have to pay for your character to look a certain way and it not be saved. Everything I bought to personalize my character is gone like I never bought it. My character is back to the same it started with. Coins missing. Idk. It is a fun game but if I'm playing an wining coins to fix my character up how I want, it should stay that way.

It's good especially in the beginning. The ads aren't really long until later but atleast it gives me the opportunity to decide if I its worth it to remove the ads. The main issue is the counting. The number of happy customers doesn't add up correctly. Time and time again it misses a customer even at full level of happy customer. The same is True with the coins... say my last item is a drink that's maxed up - it will give me 1 penny more! Its ok for now.

I was having fun and it was a good game except now it costs 100 gems for add ons to a level instead of the original 36. Im in Tokyo and it is impossible not to use loads of items to help complete the level. I get that the game has to get harder as you go on but not in a way that makes you spend money and all the reward packs are so expensive the game isnt worth the cost, you can buy packs for the Sims 4 for less!!
