This game could be fun but eats away at peoples' spare time, and could be stressful during events. Events and Rival Quests happen around holidays, requires time, and may constantly give underwhelming rewards from spending event currency. Sometimes in GBG I negotiate 500 times before GBG map progress resets, so... When negotiating, because I negotiate a lot, it's successful a lot in a row or not successful a lot in a row, and to me that feels a bit off.

The game concept and gameplay is very good. But they added so many side games and adds inside it that keeping it going takes too much time and effort, so unfortunately I'll go back to CoC.

The event buildings are way too powerful. Why would I spend money in an event if the reward building will be underpowered in a few months? Still a solid game with good customer feedback, and ever constant updates and improvements. Still free to play as long as you're log in often, and don't want to be #1.

This is a city building management game. It has multiple features to keep you returning, build your city, and go through the ages, which is well designed. There is turn based combat that can be auto resolved like TW games. There is negotiating with trade goods instead of combat, and great buildings are wonders with huge buffs, work together closely with a guild to put it all together, and you have a great time. The game is riddled with poor designed events though, made to suck up money and ads.

Original account creation (saving game and transfer from guest to my email or google play) was tricky - I lost all progress twice. Since then, I managed to save my new account and has been working fine now for several years. Game is very addictive.

Love the game but on the computer it is way easier to play than on the phone. I wish on both platforms it was easier to change between worlds. On the phone I wish it was easier to view someone else's GB without having to go to their city.
