Nudge – ADHD Planner & Focus began as a personal project to help a friend named Ben who was overwhelmed by work, study and new parenthood. The developer interviewed him extensively to understand paralysis and shame around starting tasks, then built features one at a time to remove decision friction. The app grew from that original use case into a tool others can rely on while still reflecting the lived experience that inspired it.
