Very pathetic experience and I suggest you don't use or pay for this app. First, you will be annoyed with back to back calls for discounts. They will annoy to the extent where you pay and find out offered discount was a scam. They will reduce the number of contacts in the name of discounts. Customer service is even more worst who doesn't even respond to your complaints after you pay for membership. Unfortunately my parents fell for this. Be careful people.

Most of the good profiles do not have their phone number and you get to know this only after you make a payment. Support is useless as they copy paste the same lines saying members have not uploaded their number please send them a message. Ofcourse the messages are not replied and the Last seen is months ago. What's the point of having a profile without a contract number?

"Community Matrimony Platform" I enrolled in has been a complete waste of time and money. Despite promises of daily matches based on my preferences, I haven't received a single one in nearly 25 days. Their customer support is unresponsive and evasive, providing excuses and resolving the issue based on assumptions. I strongly advise verifying thoroughly before paying for a membership, as their support post-enrollment is extremely poor and disappointing.

kindly disable the taking screenshots for uploaded photos,as there is no security for your uploaded photos,this app is very very wrost and also very slow, even i'am updating correct information it's not saving properly taking much time and again again i need to update the information.And also very old matches i am able to see everytime

This App is useless! Don't install & waste your money! These crooks call you frantically once downloaded, they compel you to apply for paid version. Once done, you are trapped! This App doesn't work at all, lots of bugs, hangs & very limited profiles data then what was promised! Inspite of calling customer care several times & raising complaint, till date they haven't resolved the issue. My money is completely wasted! On 7th complaint I got frustrated & asked to refund my amount! Still not done!

Had worst experience.In 3 months of my gold membership woth 4.5 k we could get only 3-4 matches if our subcast. Filters are not working and all the notifications are of irrelavant matches. Showing prifiles without photo,without name. God only knows why they accept profiles without photo. When asked I was replied that I need to take prime membership to view all photos.In that case why they made me to take gold membership in the first place. So I deleted our profile uninstalled the app.
