This is a great concept but the app isn't finished it seems. The buttons to connect to Google or others aren't buttons they are just a picture of a button that doesn't link anywhere. The layout could be improved and simpler to navigate. I don't recommend. And while emailing customer support they answered within a day or so they asked me to reply with some information and upon replying my email was returned saying, "mail not delivered because the remote server is misconfigured."

This is terrible compared to the old app. First it doesn't open on the dashboard showing all the info with the weight in the middle of a circle, it opens on another screen with weight only and you have to tap to get to the dashboard. 2nd, ever time I weigh myself a pop up comes up and says "choose user for this data" and the only option is "choose all and delete data"... I'm the only user and my only option is to delete the data? It doesn't ring when weighing is done so I never know it's done

The app constantly glitches, won't sync and changed the measurement from inches to cm on historical data. When I reached out to tech support they said it had to be user error and that I didn't know how to use the device correctly, rather than ask further questions to see if their app might actually have an issue. The older renpho app seems to be better suited for it's purpose.

Refuses to connect via Bluetooth to my scale. Have a galaxy s10, followed directions to pair, and my phone's Bluetooth itself can find the scale. But the app fails to recognize it and will not connect. The scale seems to work fine though. App doesn't. When pairing with device through my phone's Bluetooth it says the device shows up as "ES-24M" and says "An app is needed to use this device" and won't connect, and it won't connect via the app directly either. Edit:was resolved by turning on GPS.

I like the functionality but the font is way too small. Maybe if the developer had each measurement on its own line then the text could be made bigger depending on the device's setting. Having to zoom on every thing is annoying. I like that there is so much information, I just can't see it. The weight is big though, so at least I can see that easily.

Extremely poor. I've used the old app for years with no problem but the "upgrade" is not good. Doesn't sync reliably with scales. Need to use more clicks to get to where you need to be. All other reviewers are correct. The responses from Renpho are all the same. They just need to fix the bugs in it or return to the old app or they will lose customers.
