Previously when I collected 3points I had quite a lot stocked. With no warning you completely shut down the 3 app for that collection for every 3 user and none of us were refunded our points or prizes in any way shape or form. And now when I try to log into the new 3 prizes app to see what prizes are available & points collected it keeps saying mydetails are incorrect or to try later. My details are full correct and never been changed. You encouraged customers to pay but never kept your side.

Thought I'd see if the reviews were right about how bad this is. They are. No problems actually signing in,but all the 'offers' are mainly big city based. I've never heard of 3 of the restaurants. I'm sure 3 will say more things are coming. Fine. Try to make them accessible. There is life outside of London and other cities you know. And please don't ask me to chat online. You're a phone service provider. Actually answer the phones instead of being automated.

Told me my login was incorrect, then logs me in after I press "log in" again. Says there are no rewards right now, try again later, then shows a list of rewards after I refresh, but it then gives an error 500 (service unavailable). Same thing happened to my partner on a completely different phone & account. Had to pay full price for my coffee & held up the queue.

Awful app which doesn't work most of the time - constantly crashes, doesn't load offers, log-in errors, and often logs you out even if you last used the app 3 mins ago (very awkward to have to type your password in & find the offer again when you're at the front of a long queue). Terrible UI where you cannot filter/sort offers by e.g. most used, favourites, last used - can only view by category, but even then you end up scrolling through multiple irrelevant offers to find the one you want to use
