They gave me the option to add a free food item through the app for signing up so I added the free item to my bag and after I paid they made my free item disappear and didn't give it to me. If you don't want to give away free items why even tease people with the idea of it just to get their hopes up. This app is a huge rip off.

When it works, it's really nice not to have to talk to anyone. Unfortunately, most of the time I get a little pop-up when I try to check out. Uh-Oh something went wrong but we're working on it. Are you, because it happens constantly and honestly seems to be happening more and more often Maybe they're working on making it work less often. They could just brick the app and accomplish their goal in one go

I'm intentionally going to your restaurants less and less. App exclusive offers are a turn off too ! Drive thru should be able to get them too ! Add something to the app, so rewards can be redeemed AT THE DRIVE THRU, instead of requiring ordering ahead! I'd go to Taco Bell MUCH MORE OFTEN if that option was available! Even the employees don't know how to redeem a reward unless it's ordered through the app. While the rewards are a great idea, WHY DO THEY HAVE TO EXPIRE SO QUICKLY ?????

If I could give this app 0 stars I would. This app is completely useless and barley functions, I tried to order food and It kept running into errors and took forever to load. When I finally pressed "place order" it showed a error and charged my card. It never put the order and I have to get a refund. If you have a giftcard or you want to order food, do it in person or through UberEats/DoorDash. Would not be ordering anything through this app again.

The food was fine, but the app didn't allow me to scan my receipt. It said there was a missing parameter. The app also didn't allow me to manually put in the receipt information, so no reward points again. I'm not sure how long this has not been working, but it is super annoying. McDonald's has figured it out years ago, and their app works well. Please figure this out as soon as possible, or I will end up finally deleting this app.

This app is so inconsistent. They finally added a way to customize drinks for no ice, but now I'm dealing with random technical issues. All of this completely ignoring the rapid increase of prices while removing cheap options. And as of late March 2024, they seem to have removed the build your own craving box, but they kept the veggie cravings box. Why remove one but keep the other? I'm sick of trying to give taco bell my business without spending anything more than $12.
