Very user friendly. Gives me just what I need for tracking progress without all of the extra nonsense that I don't care about. This app is no frills and gets the job done!

Totally what I was looking for, keeps track of everything!! And you can edit, add different workouts, sound when rest time is over, and even show data of how well you've done! Advertisements don't show up every minute (like every other app). Only when you're done working out. I love this thing!

The only suggestions I'd make to improve it would be: 1) if your license allows you to make a version for iPhone (many of my gym bros have Apple products) 2) add an option to allow superset, giant sets, and circuits to each exercise before hitting rest. 3) add an option for logging cardio/conditioning/etc.

I was using few other apps but since I found this one. I junked all those. So its 5* from my side. Since there is nothing called a perfect app, few suggestions: 1: have some kind of memory to remember the sequence of exercises. 2: capture the conversion of lbs into KGS or vice versa. I use free weights in KGS and machine in lbs. So even though my RM and total weight lifting capacity is increasing, it shows as overall decrease because now I lift more weights in KGS than machine weight which are in lbs
