The app is Great when using it with the Smart Wifi LED bulb color + white!!! The only thing it needs is when scheduling a light to turn on, being able to specify what color or how bright the light is! That would just make it sooo much better. Other than that it works great!! Sometimes the bulbs overheat when they are left on for long periods, and this interrupts the wifi connectivity which can be mildly irritating. But I have since scheduled the bulbs to turn off during times I am usually not home and have not overheated a bulb since. Great product !!!

This started out great. I loved the light strip I was using and the app was great. One day I went to open it and all of the sudden the app was different, there was a bunch of chinese words and all the controls were gone. Tried to reinstall the app but the problem didn't go away. I also have tried to get ahold of the company but they haven't responded.

They ONLY work through wifi so if your wifi goes out, or if your out of town using data don't depend on your cameras or lights! The cameras do NOT detect people walking past it every time, maybe 2 times out of 5. They MIGHT detect a small bug flying by though and stay completely focused on that. I have to reconnect our lightbulbs once every few days because they just disconnect for no reason. I love the idea of all of it, but it's just pretty janky quality stuff.

When it works, it works, but unfortunately, a lot of disconnection issues that are pretty sketchy with flashing lights and makes system run very poorly, app states that it's because of the internet connection, but if you have a decent internet connection which I do and it's running at amazing speeds, that's when you know it's BS and something else going on. Just buy it straight from Google and save yourself to hassle for not paying the extra 5 bucks like I did.

UPDATE:. It seems the glitches have been fixed, it also is now working on multiple devices. We love these lights and they're excellent for the cost compared to similar other brands! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ All was great until now, I go to tell Google goodnight and it won't adjust my lights, go looking into it and this app will not connect or log in. Tried to reinstall, still won't connect. It's not my phone, it's the app. Getting a network error. It was great until now!! So upset.

*** Update... They issued a new version of the app and now after reinstalling and factory reset on my camera it is working great! Thanks for the patch! If this lasts, i will purchase additional products in your line. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Everything was working fine until a month later it was stuck on "retrieving video stream" and now i can not access live video. I tried two factory resets and nothing. Can't get through to customer service.
